What Auto Recharge does
Auto Recharge has two settings:
Recharge threshold
The credit balance that starts a recharge.
Recharge package
The credit package purchased when the threshold is reached.
Auto Recharge is not a subscription. SeeGen AI only charges your card when your balance falls below the threshold.
After one flexible payment authorization, you can change both the threshold and recharge package directly. Accounts still using the previous fixed-price authorization are asked to upgrade once before switching packages.
Before you start
- Check that your billing email is correct and that your card can make online payments. Your bank may ask you to complete a 3D Secure check during setup.
- Choose a threshold that leaves enough credits for your normal work while the payment is being processed.
- If your balance is already below the threshold when you turn on Auto Recharge, the first recharge may start right away.
How to enable Auto Recharge
Open the Credits page
Sign in to your SeeGen AI account and visit the Credits page.
Your current balance appears under My Credits. The Auto Recharge settings are shown below it.

Set your recharge threshold
Enter the credit balance that should trigger a recharge.
For example, if you set the threshold to 10,000 credits, Auto Recharge starts when your balance falls below 10,000.
A higher threshold gives you more time to fix a failed payment before your credits run out.

Choose a recharge package
Select the package you want SeeGen AI to buy each time Auto Recharge starts.
The package price, credit amount, and any automatic recharge bonus are shown before you authorize the payment.

Authorize your card
Select Authorize Auto Recharge and complete the payment check.
The package menu in Credits shows the available prices: $9.99, $17.99, $99.99, $500, and $2,000 USD. Selecting Authorize Auto Recharge opens the secure payment page directly. No charge is made during setup.
Your bank may ask for a code, app approval, or another 3D Secure step. Auto Recharge becomes active after the authorization succeeds.

What happens after a recharge?
- When your balance falls below the threshold, SeeGen AI starts an automatic recharge using your selected package.
- After a successful payment, the credits are normally added to your account within one minute. You can view the payment and download its invoice from Payment History.
- SeeGen AI also sends a confirmation email from [email protected] to the billing email on your account.
Failed payments and automatic retries
SeeGen AI treats temporary technical errors and card payment problems differently.
Technical errors
A temporary network or payment service error may resolve on its own. SeeGen AI retries a technical failure three times using the same payment request:
- 1First retry after 1 minute
- 2Second retry after 5 minutes
- 3Third retry after 15 minutes
If all three retries fail, the recharge is marked as failed.
Card and bank errors
SeeGen AI does not automatically retry a payment when the problem requires action from you. This includes:
- Insufficient card balance
- A payment declined by your bank
- An incomplete or failed 3D Secure check
Fix the card or bank issue before trying the payment again. Auto Recharge stays paused until you authorize it again.
How SeeGen AI sends payment alerts
SeeGen AI currently uses email and website notifications for important Auto Recharge events.
Payment successful
You receive a confirmation email from [email protected]. Credits are usually added to your account within one minute, and the payment appears in Payment History.

Payment failed
You receive a failure email at the same address. Auto Recharge switches to Paused, and the Credits page shows a safe explanation of the failure and what to do next.

Teams that need webhook delivery or another alert method can contact [email protected].
FAQs about SeeGen AI Auto Recharge
Is Auto Recharge turned on by default?
No. Auto Recharge is off by default. You must choose a threshold and package and authorize your payment method.
Is Auto Recharge a subscription?
Auto Recharge is not a subscription. SeeGen AI only buys your selected package when your credit balance falls below your threshold. If the balance is already below the threshold when you enable it, a recharge may start after authorization.
Can I change or turn off Auto Recharge?
Yes. After the current flexible authorization is active, you can save a new threshold or package directly without authorizing again. An account still using the previous fixed-price authorization may need a one-time upgrade before its first package change. You can turn Auto Recharge off at any time, and manual credit purchases remain available.
Why is my Auto Recharge paused?
Auto Recharge pauses when a payment fails. Common reasons include insufficient funds, a declined card, or a request for additional bank verification. Check the Credits page or your email, resolve the issue, then authorize Auto Recharge again.
How can I make sure I receive payment emails?
Add [email protected] to your contacts or trusted senders. Gmail users can create a filter and select Never send it to Spam and Always mark it as important. Outlook users can add the address under Safe senders and domains.
Do Auto Recharge credits expire?
No. Credits purchased through Auto Recharge do not expire.
What happens when my credits run out?
If a payment fails, you can continue using your remaining credits. Once the balance reaches zero, you cannot submit new generation tasks. Add credits manually or fix the payment problem before starting another task.
Will Auto Recharge always succeed?
No. Payments can fail because of insufficient funds, a card decline, an incomplete 3D Secure check, or a temporary technical problem. SeeGen AI retries technical failures but cannot fix card or bank problems.
How high can I set the recharge threshold?
The maximum depends on your selected package and SeeGen AI's $2,000 single-payment service limit. The settings page shows the valid maximum for the package you select.
How is the automatic recharge amount calculated?
Normally, one copy of your selected package is purchased when your balance falls below the threshold. If one copy would still leave your balance below the threshold, SeeGen AI combines only the number of package units needed into one payment, subject to the $2,000 single-payment service limit.
