1. Use of Service

• Account ResponsibilityYou are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your credits.
• Prohibited ContentYou agree not to use SeeGen to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates the rights of others (including deepfakes of real individuals without consent).

2. Credits and Payments

• Credit SystemSeeGen operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate and extend videos.
• No SubscriptionsWe offer flexible top-up plans. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• ExpirationFree trial credits may have an expiration date, while purchased credits remain active as long as your account is valid.

3. Content Ownership and Rights

• Your InputsYou retain all rights to the images, videos, audio files, facial assets, and other materials you upload to the platform.
• You represent and warrant that you own your Inputs or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to upload and use them with the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Inputs do not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or portrait rights.
• If your Inputs contain any identifiable person, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from that person. You may not upload celebrity images or other unauthorized third-party facial materials.
• Generated OutputsSubject to your compliance with these terms, SeeGen grants you a commercial license to use the videos you generate.
• AI TrainingWe do not use your private uploaded materials to train our core models without your explicit consent.

4. Intellectual Property

• Platform OwnershipThe SeeGen interface, logo, and underlying AI technology are the exclusive property of seegen.ai.
• FeedbackAny suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the service without compensation to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" ServiceSeeGen is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee that the AI-generated results will meet specific expectations or be error-free.
• No LiabilityIn no event shall seegen.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
