Creaa AI caught my attention with a bold offer: Seedance 2.5 unlimited for up to 365 days.
I wanted to know what that meant in practice. I created a free account, checked the video models, tested the Agent Canvas, and reviewed the pricing page.
The short answer is mixed. Creaa AI has an interesting Agent workflow for planning images and story assets. However, the 60 free credits were not enough to test any of the video models I checked. The unlimited plans are also more complex and expensive than the headline suggests.
What is Creaa AI?
Creaa AI is an AI workspace for making images, ads, and short videos. It includes models such as Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, Veo 3.1, MiniMax H3, HappyHorse 1.1, and GPT Image 2.
The platform also has an Agent Canvas. You give the Agent a brief, and it plans the work before creating anything. It can set up image tasks, edit assets, create video tasks, and keep the results on one canvas.
Creaa says these workflows can be copied and reused. This makes the platform feel more like a visual project board than a basic prompt box.
Is Creaa AI free?
My new account came with 60 credits.
That was enough to test image generation, but it was not enough to generate a video with any of the models I checked.

A five-second Seedance 2.5 video cost 230 credits in my workspace. That works out to 46 credits per second. The 60 signup credits only cover about 1.3 seconds, but five seconds was the shortest option.
Creaa calls this a free start, but it is not a working Seedance 2.5 video trial.
My Seedance 2.5 test
I could open Seedance 2.5 and review its settings, but I could not submit a generation.
The controls showed:
- 720p output
- 5 or 10-second generation
- 230 credits for 5 seconds
- 460 credits for 10 seconds
- No video reference in my test
I did not see a 480p or 1080p option for Seedance 2.5. A lower-cost 480p setting would have made the free credits more useful.
The duration control also needs work. Instead of clear buttons or a number field, it uses a slider. It took several tries to land on the exact duration I wanted.
Because I could not run the task, I cannot judge Seedance 2.5 quality, speed, or reliability on Creaa AI. This review only covers the settings and costs shown in my account.
The video credit numbers do not always match
Creaa's public pricing table listed Seedance 2 Mini at 64 credits for four seconds when I checked it. My workspace showed 72 credits for the same four-second generation.
The pricing page also lists estimates for several older Seedance models, but it does not give the same clear credit estimate for Seedance 2.5.
A small price change may not matter to a heavy subscriber. It matters more to a new user with only 60 credits. Clear and matching numbers would make it easier to know what can be tested before paying.
Testing the Creaa AI Agent Canvas
The Agent Canvas was the part I could test.
I asked it to design an 18-year-old Japanese anime heroine. My prompt described her hair, eyes, school uniform, mood, and cherry blossom campus setting.
The Agent moved the task into Canvas, rewrote the request into a shorter image prompt, and selected GPT Image 2. The generation cost 12 credits.
The result had a watermark, which is expected on the free plan. I could see the small preview, but the full-size image failed to load.
I then asked the Agent to create a male lead. The first heroine image stayed on the canvas and was added as a reference for the next task. This was useful because both characters belonged to the same visual project.
What I like about Creaa AI
The Agent Canvas could be useful during story planning.
A creator could use it to prepare:
- Character concept art
- Supporting characters
- Location images
- Storyboard frames
- Posters and other project assets
The canvas keeps each asset as a node. Earlier images can become references for later tasks. This can help a creator build a visual guide before starting video generation.
In my test, the Agent also chose the image model and basic settings. That saves time for users who do not want to compare every image model first.
Still, I only tested two character tasks. I did not complete a full story or turn the images into a video project. The free credits were too low for that final step.
What does "365 days unlimited" mean?
The headline needs more explanation.
Creaa AI does not sell one simple unlimited plan. The price changes based on:
- Monthly or annual billing
- The number of unlimited days
- The maximum Seedance 2.5 duration
- Personal or team access
Creaa currently lists 7, 15, and 30-day unlimited windows. These windows refresh with the membership month.
The official FAQ says unlimited generations do not use credits during the covered period. However, this only applies to marked features.
There is another limit that is easy to miss: generations made through the Creaa Agent Canvas do not use the Unlimited benefit. Agent tasks still consume model credits.
That matters because the Agent Canvas is one of the platform's best features. A user may buy an Unlimited plan and still spend credits while using the Agent workflow.
Creaa AI pricing explained
Creaa's regular annual plans were listed as follows when I checked them on August 27, 2026:

The $4,990 annual plan works out to about $416 per month, billed annually. This matches the $416 figure shown in one of the annual plan configurations.
A Reddit discussion also mentioned a price of about $500 per month. That lines up with the $499 monthly option for 15-second videos. The comments were skeptical about the price, but a few Reddit comments do not prove whether the service is reliable.
Pricing can change, so check the live page before paying.
What I do not like
The free account does not provide a real video test. Every video model I checked required more than 60 credits.
I also found several smaller problems:
- Seedance 2.5 only showed 720p in my workspace
- There was no 480p or 1080p Seedance option
- The duration slider was hard to control
- Some controls mixed Chinese and English
- The workspace showed Unlimited options that required an upgrade
- The full image preview failed even though the thumbnail worked
- Free image results included a watermark
- Some workspace credit costs did not match the public pricing table
- The Unlimited price and duration choices took time to understand
None of these issues alone ruins the platform. Together, they make the first-time experience less clear than it should be.
Who is Creaa AI for?
Creaa AI may suit teams that generate a large number of videos every month. A seven-day unlimited window could also work for a creator who produces a full campaign in one batch.
The Agent Canvas may appeal to people who want to keep character art, locations, and story frames in one workspace.
It is harder to recommend for casual users. If you only need a few videos, a $299 to $999 monthly Unlimited plan is a large commitment. It is also hard to buy with confidence when the free credits cannot produce one sample video.
A simpler way to test Seedance 2.5
If your goal is to test Seedance 2.5 before paying for a large plan, SeeGen AI offers a smaller starting point.
New users can receive 200 credits after registering and joining the Discord community. Those credits can cover a 480p, five-second Seedance 2.5 test. The same account can use both the web interface and API.

Several limits may help control its costs. Each plan restricts the number of unlimited days and the maximum clip length. A queue can also slow demand during busy periods. Most users are unlikely to generate videos all day, every day.
Subscriptions also provide steady revenue. Creaa uses automatic renewal unless you select a one-time payment option. A user who forgets to cancel may pay for another billing cycle.
Could an 8-second or 15-second task use Seedance 2.0 instead of Seedance 2.5?
Duration alone cannot confirm the model.
Creaa's API documents say Seedance 2.0 supports 4 to 15 seconds, while Seedance 2.5 supports 4 to 30 seconds. An 8-second or 15-second video could fit either model.
How can I check whether Creaa is using Seedance 2.5?
The best proof is the model ID shown in the request, task details, or generation logs. For API use, the request should contain:

You can also run a controlled comparison. Submit the same Omni or Multi-Ref task with Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5. Save the model name, task ID, request settings, response, and error message.
One test worth trying is to include terms such as first frame, last frame, edit, or extend. If the Seedance 2.5 task fails while the Seedance 2.0 task works, you have found a difference in Creaa's current validation system.
Can I cancel a Creaa AI subscription?
Creaa's pricing page says subscription payments renew automatically and can be canceled at any time. It also offers a one-time payment option without automatic renewal.
Its terms state that most payments are non-refundable. Before buying a long plan, check where the cancellation control appears and note the next billing date. If the control is missing, contact support before the renewal date and keep a copy of the request.
Final Thoughts
The best part of Creaa AI in my test was the Agent Canvas. It helped organize two related character tasks and reused the first image as a reference for the second.
The video trial was far less useful. Sixty credits were not enough to test Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2 Mini, Veo 3.1, MiniMax H3, or HappyHorse 1.1.
The Unlimited plans may make sense for studios with a high monthly output. Most individual creators should read the duration limits, Agent credit rules, and full annual cost before subscribing.
