After I finished registration, I opened the credit details. My balance was zero. The account had no record of successful or failed credit use, so the credits had not been spent on a task. They simply did not appear.
This matters because NewFace AI also says that 80 credits can cover up to 80 images or 26 seconds of video. The exact amount you can create will depend on the model and settings, but those credits are meant to let new users try the service.
In my case, the free plan did not provide a usable trial. The site may have offered this gift in the past, or the reward system may have had a technical problem. I cannot confirm the cause. What I can confirm is that the offer was still shown when I registered, but my account received no credits.

What I liked
The Agent and canvas are the most interesting parts of NewFace AI. They give users a clear way to connect images, videos, and other assets in one project.
The platform also focuses on practical content. Its presets cover UGC, product demos, testimonials, and social ads. The Seedance 2.5 credit cost is also easy to work out before submitting a task.
What I did not like
The missing signup credits were the main problem. NewFace AI advertised 80 free credits in more than one place, yet my new account had a zero balance.
The referral offer was also unclear. It did not reward the first account after the second account registered, and the invited account had no free credits for its required first creation.
Model access could be clearer too. The site says available models depend on the plan, but users should be able to see the exact model list before paying.
